Yasmeen is a doctoral student in English Literature. They are especially attuned to the role of literature, language, and narration in the construction of nationalisms; postcolonial & decolonial literatures; and temporality and narrative studies.

They are also an Instructor of Writing, and work at their city’s Public Library as a Children’s Library Associate.
